Welcome to SportsPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SportsPro platform, website, mobile applications, OTT services, live streaming services, scoring systems, and related services operated by LeagueCraft Sports Management Private Limited ("SportsPro", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using SportsPro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Platform means SportsPro website, mobile applications, OTT services, APIs, and related services.
  • User means any person accessing or using SportsPro.
  • Content includes videos, live streams, images, graphics, scores, statistics, text, logos, and other materials available on the platform.
  • Organizer means any tournament organizer, league owner, academy, club, association, or entity using SportsPro services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the platform.

Users under 18 years of age should access the platform under parental or guardian supervision.

3. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify SportsPro immediately of any unauthorized use.

SportsPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Live Streaming & OTT Services

SportsPro provides live and recorded sports content through its OTT platform.

Users agree that:

  • Streaming quality may vary depending on internet connectivity.
  • SportsPro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Broadcast schedules may change without prior notice.
  • Live streams may be delayed due to technical or operational reasons.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on SportsPro, including:

  • Videos
  • Live streams
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Statistics
  • Scorecards
  • Software

is owned by SportsPro, its licensors, tournament organizers, or content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Reproduce content without permission.
  • Download protected content.
  • Redistribute broadcasts.
  • Modify platform materials.
  • Use SportsPro branding without written authorization.

6. User Generated Content

Where users can upload content, they grant SportsPro a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

  • Host
  • Display
  • Distribute
  • Stream
  • Promote

such content for platform-related purposes.

Users confirm that they own or have authorization to upload such content.

7. Tournament & Scoring Services

SportsPro may provide:

  • Tournament management
  • Player registration
  • Match scheduling
  • Live scoring
  • Statistics
  • Auction management

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, SportsPro does not guarantee that scores, statistics, rankings, or player records will always be error-free.

Organizers remain responsible for verifying official results.

8. Subscription & Payments

Certain SportsPro services may require payment.

By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree that:

  • Fees are payable in advance.
  • Taxes may apply as per applicable laws.
  • Subscription fees may change with prior notice.
  • Failure of payment may result in suspension of services.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at SportsPro's sole discretion.
  • Event-related services may be governed by separate agreements.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Violate any applicable law.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with platform operations.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Use automated bots to access services.
  • Re-stream SportsPro broadcasts without authorization.
  • Upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

11. Third-Party Services

SportsPro may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Payment gateways
  • Streaming providers
  • Analytics tools
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Social media platforms

SportsPro is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsPro shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Business losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportsPro, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Violation of any third-party rights.

14. Privacy

Your use of SportsPro is also governed by the SportsPro Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information in accordance with that policy.

15. Service Availability

SportsPro reserves the right to:

  • Modify services.
  • Add or remove features.
  • Suspend operations for maintenance.
  • Discontinue services without liability.

16. Termination

SportsPro may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, rights granted to users under these Terms shall cease immediately.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.

18. Changes to Terms

SportsPro may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the platform and become effective upon publication.

Continued use of SportsPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
